The Partner Area Is Live: A Central Platform for Your Requests 

With growing numbers of partners and associated samples, administrative processes have become increasingly complex. Previously, inquiries and offer requests required manual coordination and multiple communication steps. This approach was particularly time consuming for smaller projects and limited sample quantities.

The Partner Area streamlines this process by introducing a structured self-service model. Partners can configure their requests directly online by selecting services and workflows, defining sample formats, and providing delivery and billing details. Contracts are concluded digitally via DocuSign, eliminating the need for printing, signing, scanning, and resending documents.

Beyond offer creation, the platform provides full visibility into contractual agreements and selected services. Through contract management, partners can review which services have been ordered. Via sample management, they can specify how samples should be processed or discarded and announce incoming shipments. The Partner Area also serves as an open channel for structured communication and support requests.

By centralizing these functions, the Partner Area enhances clarity, traceability, and efficiency. It enables DKMS Life Science Lab to offer our services not only to large projects but also to smaller sample quantities in a sustainable and scalable way.

The current release represents the first building block of a broader digital platform. Future development stages will further expand functionality, including extended sample tracking, access to results, and invoice transparency.
