Our daily tasks include welcoming visitors, arranging courier services, answering and forwarding phone calls, sorting and distributing inbox messages. We are available for you from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm.
Our office managers have the important task of keeping our office running smoothly and providing administrative support. This task ranges widely in duties and responsibilities, from purchasing office supplies and organizing huge events, to soliciting quotations and coordinating little repairs or managing video conferences.
We take time for our employees every day, from recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to development, retention, and offboarding. By working closely with the HR department at our parent company in Tuebingen, Germany, we support our employees with a broad and deep knowledge of all HR topics.
What a broad area and we love it! It includes month-end and year-end closing, cash management, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, asset accounting as well as purchasing of goods and services (excluding procurement of materials), and contract management.
An extremely fascinating and sometimes very challenging field as it comprises budgeting, reporting, transfer pricing, tax, and product calculation as well as profitability analysis.
