We continuously monitor relevant market developments to identify new potential areas, where activities of the DKMS Life Science Lab might create additional value. Hereby we primarily focus on topics, which support the DKMS mission: "We give as many blood cancer patients as possible a second chance at life.” Our activities must create value for these patients.
Once an opportunity is targeted, we establish all necessary collaborations with DKMS internal as well as external partners to successfully develop and introduce these new services into the market.
At the heart of the department is a passionate team dedicated to the success of our clients and partners. Our colleagues work hard to broaden our customer basis. Our success depends on building long-term and trustful relationships with all DKMS units and other customers. At this point, our customer service comes in. Our team members handle the day-to-day wishes and requirements of all our customers. They also initiate any necessary internal changes.
